This program is designed to create an integrated 360-degree support system for you:

• weekly modules containing teaching and exercises to bring the content into your life directly
• biweekly group coaching calls with 12-15 other women or men who are going through a similar journey
• a Facebook community where you can connect with the other participants at any time, share your wins, and encourage each other along the way

The program runs for 12 weeks, from the second week of September 2024 to the last week of November 2024. After the program ends, you will still have access to the program modules and exercises.

As a participant in this program, you will be part of a same-gender small group of 12-15 other people and a single-gender Facebook community: men with men, women with women. 
We keep this space single-gender to minimize triggering for those who have experienced trauma or abuse from the opposite gender and to make it easier to speak freely.
